Parry Singh
- Chairman & CEO

Mr. Singh founded Red Fort Capital in 2004. At Red Fort Capital he has lead Investments, Strategy, and Capital Markets.

At Red Fort Capital he has lead investments in over 27 real estate deals in India over the last 11 years.  Deals include over 55 Million Sq. Ft of Commercial  and Residential space across the country. He also oversees the lending activity of Red Fort Capital Finance – a Non Deposit taking Banking Finance company (NBFC).

Prior to Red Fort Capital Mr. Singh served as Managing Partner of American Capital Realty, a real estate brokerage firm overseeing more than $400 million in real estate transactions in the commercial and residential markets in North America. He has held a Real Estate Broker license in several US states including - IL, WI, CT and MA.

He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of TransEthnic / EthnicGrocer.com a Kliener Perkins and Benchmark Capital backed venture. Where he led the company through several rounds of institutional and strategic financing and managed a 250+ member team.

His prior professional experience includes investment banking at Chase Securities (now JPMorgan Chase), where he briefly worked in the High Yield and Fixed Income groups. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Singh held a variety of program management and engineering positions at Motorola (Symbol), the world leader in barcode and portable computing technologies.

 In addition, he has served as a strategic consultant to the 3COM Corporation and Gartner. He has also served on the State of Illinois TechVenture Committee – advising the state on the $1.4 billion technology budget. He has been a visiting speaker at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Sanjay Asija
- Vice President, Finance & Taxation

Prior to joining Red Fort, Mr. Asija was the Founder and President of Asija CPA, PC, a ten person service accounting firm.

Mr. Sanjay’s prior experience includes managerial responsibilities at Abbott Labs, where he created and managed budgets aggregating over USD $1.5 billion for the entire Production and Quality Control departments for the Pharmaceutical Division. He supported sales of over $2 billion to national clients while negotiating best prices for Abbott's products in a very competitive market.

Mr. Sanjay was also previously employed by Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser, CPAs, a 400 person accounting firm, in audit and taxation roles. He has worked as a Controller for AM-AG, a fertilizer manufacturing company, turned it around and lead the successful sale of the company.

Sameer Kalra
- Assistant Vice President Transactions

Mr. Sameer Kalra has over 6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory and corporate restructuring. Prior to Red Fort Capital, Mr. Kalra worked with Nisus Finance Services Co. Pvt. Ltd. (NiFCO), a real estate private equity fund. At NiFCO, he was responsible for fund’s investment in North India region. While at NiFCO he also led debt syndication for leading real estate players in India.

From 2010 – 2014, Mr. Kalra worked with SBI Capital Markets Ltd. (SBI CAP), India’s leading investment bank. At SBI Cap, he was involved in capital mobilization in excess of $ 5 billion for some of the largest corporates and Fortune 500 companies in India. He also advised GAIL (India) Ltd, one of the largest oil and gas companies in India, in an overseas asset acquisition and led a corporate debt restructuring transaction for another large oil & gas drilling company.

Mr. Kalra is also impaneled as visiting faculty for a few leading finance institutes. He leads trainings in advanced financial analysis and modeling.
