About Parry Singh
Parry Singh founded Red Fort Capital in 2004. Over the past two decades, he has led investments of over $1.3 billion in over 45 projects while at Red Fort Capital. The deals Parry Singh led include over 50+ Million Sq. Ft of Real Estate across the country – Commercial, Residential, Logistics & Education sectors across the country. Mr. Singh also oversees the Senior Debt lending activity of Red Fort Capital’s NBFC.
Before joining Red Fort Capital, Mr. Singh oversaw more than $400 million in real estate deals in North American residential and commercial sectors while serving as managing partner of American Capital Realty. He has held a Real Estate Broker license in several US states, including – IL, WI, CT and MA.
Parry Singh was the founder and CEO of EthnicGrocer.com – a Kleiner Perkins and Benchmark Capital backed company. At EthnicGrocer.com Parry oversaw a staff of more than 250 people while guiding the business through various institutional and strategic fundraising rounds.
His prior professional experience includes investment banking at Chase Securities (now JPMorgan Chase), High Yield and Fixed Income groups. From 1993 to 1997, he worked at Motorola (Symbol) in several Engineering & Program Management positions.
He has served on the State of Illinois TechVenture Committee – advising the state on the $1.4 billion technology budget.
He has been a visiting speaker at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
