Red Fort Capital Finance has provided a working capital loan of ₹65 million to a BSE-listed company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company will utilize the loan as working capital for its ICT-Audio-Video System integration and Broadcast, Aerosol spray paint, and Facility Management equipment business.

The company has been a significant player in the business of ICT-Audio-Video System Integration, specializing in designing and integrating solutions for E-Class rooms, auditoriums, real estate malls, smart cities, smart homes, museums, special public utility places, conference rooms, training rooms, and more. It has already demonstrated its capabilities by completing prestigious projects for major institutes such as IITs, IIMs, and airports. Within Maharashtra, it has commissioned systems for Phoenix Mall, Maker Max City drive-in theatres, Aquatic Gallery, and others.

With the funds provided by Red Fort Capital Finance, the company plans to take on larger work orders and expand its aerosol spray paint business in India exponentially. The loan will provide financial support to execute projects and enable the company to invest in growth opportunities. This move will allow it to expand its market share and establish a more substantial presence in the industry.
