Mali Infra

Red Fort Capital leveraged its vast experience in real estate to fund Rs 10 million for completion of a real estate residential project – Mali Avenue, by Mali Infra (a part of Mali Group). The project is located in Dombivli and comprises of two wings of seven floor each. The project will be a house for 91 families. 

Mali Infra as a group has completed over 5 projects in last 15 years and provided home to over 1000 happy families. The Group understands the needs in the bustling Dombivli and offers all the conveniences of living at Dombivli. The Group’s current active portfolio includes Mali Pinnacle and Mali Avenue under construction.

Red Fort Capital’s financial assistance will help Mali Infra meet it’s end of project funding needs and provide a home to it’s eager residents on time.  The loan was structured specifically catering to cashflow requirements of Mali Infra, offering a smooth & efficient process.
